My favorite attractions at Epcot is Spaceship Earth, but my 2nd favorite will probably surprise
most people.... it's the dancing fountain. I can watch this fountain - and listen to the
accompanying music for hours (and often have, from the Fountain View Cafe). I also enjoy the nightly Illuminations show.
What I find most disappointing about Epcot is Innoventions. In general, I found that I've already been using most of the technology that they're currently displaying, either at home or at work for quite some time.
